Privacy Policy

MenoStrong: Menopause Tracker does not collect any data. No accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. The app makes no network requests at all.

Your symptom logs, cycles and notes are stored only on your iPhone.
If you turn on Apple Health, it is read-only — we never write to Health and never upload anything.
We cannot see your data, because it never leaves your device.
Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device.

Purchases are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment details.

Full Unlock

MenoStrong: Menopause Tracker is free to use. A one-time, non-consumable Full Unlock purchase ($4.99) unlocks the premium features. It is not a subscription and never expires. Restore it on a new device with Restore Purchase in Settings.

FAQ

Does it work offline? Yes — entirely. The app has no network code at all.

I paid but the features are locked. Tap Restore Purchase in Settings while signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

MenoStrong is a personal symptom diary. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and is not medical advice. Talk to your doctor about your symptoms and any treatment.

Why won't it predict my next period? Because in perimenopause, cycle irregularity is the whole point. A confident prediction would usually be wrong. We show you your actual range instead.
